RETURN POLICY
1.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the option to withdraw from their order without the need to justify their decision within a period of one month (30 calendar days) from the receipt of the ordered products, using the date on the delivery receipt signed by the Customer as a reference. If the expiration date of this one-month (30-day) period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period will be extended to the next business day.
For purchases made during Black Friday and Cyber Monday (from November 18th to 29th inclusive), the return date is extended until January 10, 2023, inclusive.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised through a withdrawal form available in the Contact section of the online store www.pirinins.com. Customers can also send an email to pirinins@gmail.com to indicate their intention to return the order.
The refund of these amounts will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from the date on which Pirinins was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
Exercising the right of withdrawal entails the consumer's obligation to return the product to Pirinins in the same conditions in which it was received, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date the consumer communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. Therefore, Pirinins may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof of their return.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. No refund will be made if the product is returned in a different condition or has suffered any damage, deterioration, or harm. No returns will be accepted for any item once used. Personalized items, combs, and brushes are non-returnable. No exchanges or returns are accepted for outlet items. Exchanges for another model, size, or color are not accepted—only a refund of the total or partial purchase amount.
1.2. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Several conditions must be met for a product to be eligible for return:
- It must not be used.
- It must not have suffered any damage.
- The delivery of multiple products must be made in the same box in which we delivered them to you or in a similar format.
To process the return at a physical store, please present the original purchase receipt you received with your order and the product to be returned.
If a return involves a discount promotion with a minimum purchase amount and the remaining purchased items do not meet the minimum established amount, the original price will be restored for the NON-returned items. Therefore, the refund will be the amount purchased with the applied discount minus the sum of the discount applied to the non-returned products, thereby canceling the promotion.
1.3. RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH A GIFT CARD
Products purchased with the Gift Card at Pirinins stores are subject to the same return and exchange policy as other products purchased in those stores. In such cases, the refund of the amount of the products purchased with the Gift Card and returned will be made as follows:
- By increasing the available balance on the Gift Card, provided that the Gift Card exists at the time of the return.
- By issuing a credit voucher, the delivery conditions of which are indicated in the following point, if at the time of refund, the Gift Card no longer exists for any reason.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
- No exchanges or returns are accepted for personalized items, combs, and brushes.
- No exchanges or returns are accepted for outlet items.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The return period is 30 days from delivery to the customer or a third party designated by the customer, i.e., any of our stores. If the customer makes an online purchase and chooses the "In-store Pickup" option, they will have 30 days for any type of exchange and/or return from the moment their order is notified via email to have arrived at the store.
Returns can be made through the following options:

Visit the store with the item and the document attached to the order or the confirmation email.
The items from your return will be sent to our offices to process the refund using the same payment method used in the purchase.
b.b. Return from your home.
If you want to return an online order, please visit our online store www.pirinins.com, and in your customer profile, you can request a return in the "Merchandise Returns" section, and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
The order must be in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed. No returns will be accepted for any item once used, so please make sure to check it carefully before the 30-day period to request the return on time if it is not as expected, if you mistakenly received an item you did not order instead of the requested item, or if it has a manufacturing defect. Returns for manufacturing defects will not be accepted once the established date has passed or if the manufacturing defect is detected after the item has been used.

When we receive the items and verify that they have arrived in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used for the purchase, or we will issue a non-expiring voucher if you prefer.
Shipping costs from the initial order will not be refunded. Pirinins does not cover the cost of returns (secondary shipping costs). Personalized items, combs, and brushes are non-returnable. Outlet items are non-returnable.
Instagram is not an established channel for requesting a return or submitting a complaint, nor is it for placing an order, so Pirinins is not responsible for return requests made through Instagram, as it is not a management tool and does not provide the necessary support for it.

CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT VOUCHERS ON GIFT CARDS
Pirinins will issue a credit voucher, which will be delivered at the store itself, in the case of a refund for products purchased at Pirinins stores.
The refund methods established in this section are an essential condition and are considered expressly accepted with the acquisition and/or use of the Gift Card.
