The use of this website implies acceptance of all the terms included in this Legal Notice. We kindly ask you to read them carefully. Accessing and using this website indicates that you have read and accepted these terms without any reservations.

The user agrees not to use the website or its services and contents in any way that contradicts applicable laws. Furthermore, access is made under the user's sole responsibility.

Pirinins is not responsible for delays in accessing the website. It is also not responsible for errors, omissions, or viruses it may contain, nor for any damage that the user's computer system may suffer when accessing the website or downloading files contained therein. The user will bear all expenses, costs, and indemnities that may arise from proceedings initiated against them for violating the terms of use.

In this sense, the User is considered the person who uses, browses, or accesses any of the content and services offered on the Website.

2.4. It is prohibited to delete, circumvent, or manipulate the copyright notice ("copyright") and any other identification data of Pirinins' rights.

It is also prohibited to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload files, mail, transmit, use, process, or distribute in any way, in whole or in part, the content and products included in www.pirinins.com for public or commercial purposes without the express written authorization of Pirinins.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

3.1. The User will have access to the content and use of the services provided by the Website free of charge, although some services may be subject to prior registration, previous contracting, and/or payment of a fee by the User, which will be specified in their General Contracting Conditions.

  • Include criminal, violent, or degrading messages;
  • Induce or incite participation in dangerous, risky, or harmful practices for health and mental balance;
  • Are false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated, or untimely, so as to mislead about their object or the intentions or purposes of the communicator;
  • Are protected by any intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to third parties, without the User having obtained the necessary authorization from their owners to carry out the use they make or intend to make;
  • Violate third-party trade secrets;
  • Are contrary to the right to honor, personal and family privacy, or the image of persons;
  • Violate the regulations on the secrecy of communications;

4.2. The User acknowledges assuming responsibility and will hold Pirinins harmless for any communication provided personally or on their behalf, with such responsibility reaching without restriction the accuracy, legality, originality, and ownership of the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES

5.1. Pirinins cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness, or truthfulness of the services or the information provided through the Website.

Consequently, Pirinins does not guarantee and is not responsible for: (i) the continuity of the content of the Website; (ii) the absence of errors in said content or products; (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components on the Website or the server that supplies it; (iv) the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impregnability of the security measures adopted therein; (v) the lack of utility or performance of the content and products of the Website; (vi) any damage caused to itself or a third party by any person who violates the conditions, rules, and instructions established by Pirinins on the Website or by breaching the security systems of the same.

5.2. However, Pirinins declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and the state of technology, to ensure the operation of the Website and avoid the existence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components to Users.

If the User becomes aware of the existence of any illegal content, contrary to the law, or that may constitute an infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights, they must immediately notify Pirinins so that it can take the appropriate measures.

6.1 Links to other Websites

If the User could find links to other Websites through different buttons, links, banners, etc., these would be managed by third parties. Pirinins does not have the means, human or technical, to know, control, or approve all the information, content, products, or services provided by other Websites to which links can be established from the Website.

Consequently, Pirinins cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the Website to which a link could be established from the same, specifically, and not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its links, and/or any of its contents, in general.

In this sense, if Users become aware of the illegality of activities carried out through these third-party Websites, they must immediately notify Pirinins to disable the link to access them.

The establishment of any type of link from the Website to another external Website does not imply any type of relationship, collaboration, or dependency between Pirinins and the responsible party of the external Website.6.2 Links on Other Websites to the Website

If any User, entity, or Website wishes to establish any type of link to the Website, they must adhere to the following stipulations:

DURATION AND MODIFICATION

  • 7.1 Pirinins may modify the terms and conditions stipulated herein, in whole or in part, by publishing any changes in the same manner as these Terms of Use appear or through any type of communication directed to the Users.
  • 7.2 The temporary validity of these Terms of Use coincides, therefore, with the time of their exposure until they are modified in whole or in part, at which point the modified Terms of Use will take effect.
  • 7.3 Notwithstanding any provisions in specific terms that may be established, Pirinins may terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to the website's content at any time without prior notice, without the User being able to claim any compensation. Upon such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the content set forth in these Terms of Use shall remain in effect.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 8.1 The headings of the various clauses are for informational purposes only and do not affect, qualify, or expand the interpretation of the Terms of Use.
  • 8.2 If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use are deemed null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal, or administrative authority, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the Terms of Use.
  • 8.3 The failure of Pirinins to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Pirinins.

CONSUMER GOODS WARRANTY In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed with its replacement or contract termination, which will be free of charge for the consumer. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within fifteen days from when they became aware of it. Prior to this, and once Pirinins is informed about the defective product, it will undergo a quality control process to determine if the defect is due to usage or a manufacturing fault.

JURISDICTION These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
