Shipping policy

Delivery Times:

  • Non-personalized orders: 24/48 hours for mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
  • Personalized or pre-ordered items: [Number] business days.
  • International shipments: 5 to 10 days, depending on the destination country. For personalized orders, preparation time is added to the transit time.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and International Destinations:

Shipments to these regions are subject to additional customs and/or import fees. Customers are responsible for these costs.

  • Canary Islands: Approximately €18 DUA + 7% IGIC.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: Approximately €18 DUA + 7% for clothing / 10% for footwear IPSI.

Free Shipping Promotions:

Free shipping promotions only apply to orders delivered within mainland Spain.

Delivery:

Pirinins is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user in the order form, which may be different from the buyer's address. To optimize delivery, we recommend providing an address where the order can be received during regular working hours.

Variation in Delivery Times:

Please note that during high-demand periods, such as Christmas, sales, or national holidays, the processing of your order may take three to four days. Therefore, we recommend placing your orders in advance during these dates.

Change of Shipping Address:

If you need to change the shipping address, you must notify us immediately after placing the order at our email pirinins@gmail.com. If the notification is made after 12 hours, it will not be possible to make the change. If the package has already been shipped to the original address, we cannot change the delivery address, and the customer must contact the shipping company.

Absence at Delivery Address:

The shipping company makes two delivery attempts to the home address. If the recipient is not present during either of these attempts, the package will be returned to Pirinins' offices. The company is not responsible for orders returned due to delivery failure. If this occurs and the customer wishes to have the order resent, they must cover the new shipping costs. Once these costs are paid, the package will be resent to the indicated address.

Uncollected Shipments:

In case of delivery failure at the home address, Pirinins is not responsible for packages not collected at the post office within 15 business days. Uncollected packages will not be returned to the sender.
